Kemp Munnik – Director

Kemp is a seasoned tax and structured solutions specialist with decades of experience across public and private financial institutions. A Harvard Business School graduate, his career spans roles at the South African Revenue Service, the pioneering Project Finance team at United Bank (now ABSA), and BDO South Africa, where he served as Head of Tax and later Head of Advisory. While at BDO, he received a Global International Tax Award in recognition of his leadership and technical excellence.
Lauren Hart – Director

Lauren is an international tax specialist with over a decade of experience across both corporate and consulting environments. As the first permanent team member at Arro, she has been instrumental in shaping the business from the ground up. With deep expertise in international tax and a passion for people, Lauren leads Arro’s growth, culture, and client engagement with purpose and precision, helping clients navigate an increasingly complex global tax landscape with clarity and confidence.
Joe-Anne Heuer – Tax Manager

Joe-Anne is a seasoned tax professional with over seven years of experience in both local and international tax advisory. She provides strategic input on complex tax matters, including group restructures, due diligence investigations, tax reviews, and dispute resolution with SARS. Known for her precision, insight, and collaborative approach, Joe-Anne plays a key role in delivering robust, end-to-end tax solutions to Arro’s clients.
Colleen Kaufmann – Tax Manager
LLB, LLM in Tax Law, Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
Colleen is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a focus on cross-border taxation and tax administration. She advises multinational clients on their South African and international tax and reporting obligations, and supports companies expanding into Africa by ensuring tax and exchange control compliance in collaboration with in-country specialists. Colleen is currently completing a Masters in Law through the University of East London. She is also well-versed in tax controversy and related matters.
Jaymee Rebecca Gobetz – Trainee
BCom Hons (Accounting – Specialising in Taxation)
Jaymee is Arro’s first enrollee in its SAIT-accredited Tax Trainee Programme. She holds a BCom Honours in Accounting (Taxation) from the University of Johannesburg and a BCom in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria. Currently in her second year of the SAIT Tax Traineeship, Jaymee is working toward the Tax Advisor designation. She has prior experience at PKF Octagon and is developing strong capabilities in international tax, tax residency, structuring, and compliance.
Lilian Zanele Mongwe – Trainee Tax Consultant

BCom Accounting, University of Johannesburg
Lilian is a Trainee Tax Consultant at Arro and a graduate of the BCom Honours in Taxation degree from the University of Johannesburg, where she also completed her BCom in Accounting. She is enrolled in the SAIT Tax Trainee Programme and is working towards the Tax Advisor designation.
Lilian has a strong interest in tax advisory and structuring and approaches her work with discipline, curiosity, and a commitment to delivering thoughtful, client-aligned solutions. She now continues her professional journey at Arro, where she will deepen her technical capabilities and progress toward the Tax Advisor designation.
